Pipe unions to DIN 2353
Cutting ring unions to DIN EN ISO 8434-1 and/or DIN 2353 specifications are components of the hydraulic connection technology, with which, due to its design, hydraulic pipes can be connected simply and safely. A characteristic of these screw unions is the 24° inner cone of the respective connecting thread.
Inch adapters
Inch unions are provided with BSP (British Standard Pipe) threads, and seal metallically, over a 60° inner cone. These parts are often used as adapters.
JIC pipe unions 37°
JIC pipe unions are flange screw unions with a thread angle of 37° respectively, which is bolted with the appropriate counterpart and seals metallically.
ORFS screw unions
This screw coupling system is characterised by its flat sealing connection form, which seals at the front with a inserted O-ring. The starting torque is reduced substantially, and the disconnection of pipes is simplified by the possibility of lateral shifting.

Pipe clamps light range according to DIN 3015 part 1
It’s construction enables a rationeal and clear fastening of pipelines and hoses. They are available as single pipe- and double pipe clamps. Essentially they are built up of a weld plate, a pair of clamp jaws and a cover plate. This together ensures a secure halt.

Steel tubes and tube bending tools
Seamless precision steel tubes according to DIN 2391 are inert gas/normalised annealed (NBK), scale free, outside and inside rust-proof bonderised and treaded with a special oil. All tubes are outside electrolytic galvanised. The tubes are available with external diameters from 4 – 80 mm and with several thicknesses.
Thread protection caps
Thread protection caps protect male- and female threads from external damages and dirt. They are available with or without thread and therefore all-purpose.
Measuring hoses

Measuring couplings
Measuring couplings for pressure inspection and -controlling are usually integrated at easily accessible places within the pipe system. Manometer

Fast closing plug couplings ISO 7241-1A PUSH/PULL

Quick release – Plug unions TEMA
TEMA couplings are self-sealing two-way branch unions for high pressure systems where quick removable connections are needed. The coupling is completely rust resistant. The plug nipple is made of hardened steel and specially treated for protection against rust. Double O-rings ensure perfect sealing. Flow losses are reduced to a minimum even under pulsating pressure. A locking ring prevents involuntary disconnection.
Brake line couplings

Standard screw couplings
This type was developed for demanding use in construction machines. It can be locked from both sides. For a fixed connection a cap nut with a durable coarse thread is used. The union is insensitive to hard pressure surges and oscillations.
Pipeline couplings
Pipeline couplings enable a connecting or disconnecting of filled pipelines nearly free of any leakage. The coupling is built of a fix and a loose part. The coupling of both parts occurs via hand nut or hand wheel by screwing up against.
SATBRO for Edbro screw coupling
SATBRO screw couplings are used as connection unions for silo vehicles and heavy dumping trucks (to bring the silo or dumper into vertical position) between the respective pistons and the hydraulic system. The union features very good flow performance. A working pressure up to 320 bar is possible.
Roflex screw coupling
This screwing coupling is especially developed for heaviest applications in construction machines, everywhere you can find abuse, like exceeding vibrations (hydraulic hammers etc.) or high pressures. ROFLEX screwing coupling are available in seven standard sizes with female thread from R 3/8” up to 2”.
For caterpillar
These couplings are particularly suitable for vehicles and construction machines which have high pressure in the hydraulic systems. The very durable design permits operating pressures of 350 bar.

These coupling have been developed especially for applications of high pressure as, for example, jacking equipment and cylinders. Stroke arresting devices

Teflon hoses and ferrules
Teflon hoses are characterised particularly by their excellent stability in combination with chemical and aggressive media. The resistance tables should, however, be consulted. The hose can be assembled with the hydraulic hose fittings from the standard programme. They are applicable for temperature ranges up to +260°C.
Vacuum tubing hoses and ferrules
Vacuum hoses are universally applicable as sucking and/or pressure hoses in industry, the construction industry and agriculture. Special intakes are used as connection fittings.
Standard hydraulic hose fittings
The hydraulic hose fittings in this assortment are, to a large extent, manufactured from one piece. They are applicable from the 1 TE-hose to 4 SP-hose. This is a substantial advantage of our standard fitting. They can also be used for manufacturing Teflon hose lines.
Non-skive hose fittings
“Non-Skive” enables the user to compress the hoses/fittings without removing the external layer of the hose. Advantages of “Non-Skive”: enormous time-savings, fittings with special side lengths, special curved fittings, all impulse tests available, combinable with all common spiral hoses, money-savings compared to the existing INTERLOCK systems.
Interlock hose fittings with rupture protection
Hydraulic fittings with rupture protection (Interlock) are components with the highest safety. They are manufactured from one piece and thus provide additional security. By interior and external peeling of the used hydraulic hose, a positive link (steel on steel) arises between fitting and spiral.

Piping valves

Hand lever valves
Manually steered hydraulic selector valves connect and separate hydraulic lines independent of the direction of the flow. (Function: Start, stop and direction in the utilizable connections.) For example single and double acting cylinders, as well as oil engines can be obtained.
Cetop valves
These are electrically steered 4/3 and/or 4/2 distributor valves. The operation takes place directly via pressure tight switching magnets with screwed in plunger tubes. Brake tube connectors and accessories

O-rings
O-rings are circular sealing elements standardised by DIN ISO 3601. We offer O-rings from NBR, FKM and silicone ind several Shore hardnesses and a diversity of different dimensions. The dimensioning occurs by “internal diameter” X “cord thickness”.
U-seal rings
U-seal rings are are metallic flat gaskets with a trapeze-shaped vulcanised rubber sealing at the inside (self-sealing lip). The rubber creates a static sealing at fittings and flange connections.
Copper seals

Zinc seals conduce to seal fittings in compressed air systems at high temperatures. The flat sealing ring form A is according to DIN 7603.

Voss 232

The plug-in system Voss 240, just as the systems 230 and 232, is used for air brake systems in utility vehicles. Features are the quick connecting and loosening of connections without using a tool, the ability of plastic hoses according to DIN 74324 from polyamide 12, the application temperature from -40°C up to +100°C and a maximum working pressure of 13 bar.
