Assembly of hose lines
From the original equipment manufacturer to the end user – assembled hose lines from Schmitter Hydraulik GmbH are used in a wide variety of applications due to the high quality standards of their production. A wide variety of hose types in the most diverse nominal diameters, numerous different connection forms and, if required, increased particle purity through cleaning of the lines, allow us to manufacture the optimum hose line for every application.

In addition to pre-assembled hose lines, we also offer hose sets and fittings configured individually for you at your request. We will be happy to advise you on this and discuss your requirements together.
Labelling system
Customised labelling – our service for you.
You know it from everyday business life: a thorough labelling
system is often crucial for keeping an overview. All hose lines that
you receive from us are permanently labelled in accordance with DIN
20066 with the following information: date of manufacture,
manufacturer and maximum operating pressure. But this is certainly
not all the information you need for efficient daily operation.
We have developed a labelling system that allows you to attach all
important information to the hose lines:
➜ the date by which the hose line needs to be replaced
➜ our article number or product designation
➜ your customer-specific article number incl. QR or barcode
➜ your logo
The advantages are obvious: both hose management and repeat
orders are greatly simplified. In addition, you promote your presence
with the customer by attaching your logo.
You need it – we print it.
True to our motto “All from one source”, we are your reliable service partner for hose lines. We not only manufacture your hose lines, we also label them directly in-house.
The ordering process is simple:
➜ Together with your hose lines, you request the labels from our customer service: in the desired quantity and with your desired print.
➜ We will provide you with a quote including a print template for the labels.
➜ You make any necessary corrections to the template and then approve it.
➜ We attach the printed labels to the hose lines and they are subsequently sent to you.
Once the order has been placed, your print templates are saved. This means you can easily reorder the labels using your customer or article number. By saving the data, you can also easily reorder labelled hose lines with consecutive numbers.
Of course, you can also order the printed labels loose and attach them to existing hose lines yourself.
Flag labels made of flexible plastic, printed using the gravure printing process:
In this process, the ink penetrates deep into the label. This makes it particularly resistant to environmental influences. The plastic labels are resistant to hydraulic oil and chemical substances such as brake cleaner. Thanks to the fastening tabs, they can be attached to hose lines of any diameter.
These labels measure 65 x 15 mm and are available in six colours.
Self-laminating adhesive labels:
Simple but effective: the printed area is simultaneously fixed and covered by a transparent adhesive tab. This protects the print in the long run. You can choose from two different lengths.
