As a rule, we process every request immediately on the day of the order. Over 98% of our merchandise assortment is available for overnight delivery, so if you need it, it will be with you the next morning. Choose from various shipping options such as standard shipping, express shipping, overnight express, freight forwarding and courier – according to your individual needs.
We also offer neutral and personalized shipping options according to your wishes.

Neutral shipping
Drop shipping with a neutral delivery bill and neutral packaging.
We deliver to your customer without our logo being visible on the delivery bill or packaging.
Personalized shipping
In addition, take advantage of the possibility to personalize and print the delivery bill with your own logo. Your customer will then only see your logo on the delivery bill of his shipment. Furthermore, you can generate delivery bill and invoice with your own article and order numbers.

Documents with barcode
Optionally, you can have all order documents (e.g. delivery bill and invoice) equipped with barcodes in addition to the article numbers. This is advantageous for you if you already work with a barcode system.
Information about the offered shipping methods
Parcel delivery by GLS or UPS
- Shipping by GLS
- For orders from Germany via our online store, the flat rate for shipping and handling (VKP) is not applicable.
- Weight per package limited to 31.5 KG
- If the weight of the shipment is more than 90 KG, the shipment will be made by forwarding agent
- For same day delivery – order entry until 16:00
or
- Shipping by UPS (to France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg)
- Weight per package limited to 25 KG
- If the weight of the shipment is more than 90 KG, the shipment will be made by forwarding agent
- For same day delivery – order entry until 16:00
Shipping by DHL-Express or Night Star Express (NSE)***
NSE (NIGHT EXPRESS)***:
- Express costs are calculated based on the total shipment weight
- For same day delivery to Germany – order entry until 17:30 (fridays until 16:30) (large shipments after consultation).
- For same day delivery to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg – order entry until 16:00
DHL – EXPRESS:
- For deliveries by 12:00 noon on the following day (Mon-Fri) – Order entry by 3:00 p.m. at the latest
- Express costs are calculated according to weight and per package
- Shipping costs flat rate (VKP) is calculated per order and depending on the order value
