Processing your complaints and returns

 

Dear customer,

We always endeavor to supply you with flawless goods. Unfortunately, complaints or returned goods can never be completely ruled out.

To ensure smooth processing, please note the following points:
1. fill in the form
Please fill out the form below BEFORE you return the shipment to us. Please note the reason for your return.

2. return slip
You will then receive a return slip from us with instructions for returning the goods or making them available for collection.

3. packing goods
Please pack the parts in their original packaging and label them with our article number.

4. return the package to us. / If necessary, we will arrange for collection.

After receipt of the goods, we will immediately initiate processing.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns without a return slip.

For returns for reasons for which the customer is responsible, we charge a processing fee or storage costs of up to 30% of the net value of the goods, but at least EUR 10.
